Filtering reviews with AI
Thanks to ID Reviews, AI is able to automatically detect inappropriate, offensive or spam content in reviews. This ensures that offensive comments are filtered out to protect the company’s reputation.
AI can also categorize reviews according to different criteria, such as whether the content is positive or negative. This ensures that negative, inappropriate or undesirable reviews are not highlighted, and that only relevant reviews are displayed.
